You have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following requirements:
- The product must be clean and unused.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
- It must not be damaged after use.
- For bundle purchases (Pair or Triple), all items from the bundle must be returned together.
Partial returns from discounted sets are not accepted. - Returns must be requested before shipping the item back — any unapproved returns will not be processed.
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to decline the return request.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return your product and place a new order after your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
